It’s all in the Name

Although the customer is always right, we get a little annoyed every time this question comes up: What does The Diamond Lining mean?

We think it’s rather obvious, but if you have to ask…

It is supposed to be a play on words, as in The Silver Lining, and we would like to think that it works on two levels:
1) The meanining of the phrase. We think the Diamond Liningin of a divorce is the money you can recieve for your ring, it is a good thing in an otherwise sad event, a divorce.
2) Silver is a precious metal, diamonds are a precious stone.

Regardless of whether you think it is cleaver or not, you now know the meaning behind the name.
